I would like to be able to create a tidy subfolder structure in an FTPdir that does not expire. Currently, both files and folders are cleaned after x days. This could be either the default behavior or an option set for each FTPdir
you can configure extremely long expiration time f.e. 10 years (3650 days) which is over the lifetime of the server.
Thanks David, that would be an adequate work-around. The trouble is that I want the older files to expire and be removed to keep disk usage under control, while still retaining the folder structure
Folders all deleted only if all files inside expires. The FTPDir feature is just an additional feature and we don't want to substitute fully eqiped FTP server solutions. Currently there is not a plan to make the expiration settings more complex than is currently available in the FTPDir configuration.
