Hello, we would like to have an Admin Level which is able to manage users and shares (kind of a Helpdesk Level). So we don't have to give a Helpdesk employee full Sysadmin rights. Managing shares and users belongs together and is a first-level task for help desk employees. Create customized Admin Levels would be a really great feature. Thanks! Best regards, Patrick

+1 Same requirement; some very limited tasks should be handed to a 3rd-party helpdesk. No additional insights wanted just a few adjustments for single users.
Thx, but could you add too the activity log and system log related to any user's activities ? Still missing with Admins group.
