When you've used LiquidFiles with the protocol setting of "Force HTTPs" with a either a traditional CA signed Certificate or a Let's Encrypt Certificate, HSTS will have been enabled in any browser you've used to access LiquidFiles. This means that any browser you've already used cannot be used to access the LiquidFiles system when there's this expired certificate.

Either consult your browser documentation to reset the HSTS setting, or use another 'virgin' browser you haven't previously used to connect to LiquidFiles, login and install a new signed certificate in "Admin > System > Certificate >Upload"
    https://man.liquidfiles.com/certificates/install.html

    The Certs aren't expired...
the RootCert Might be the issue....
LE root cert issue and LF didnt' update the root cert!?!

Cert is valid and current on mine as well but HSTS is failing due to Root Cert is my guess...
attempting a centos update to see if that updates the issue...

My error - similar to OPs - was due to Cloudflare having a cert over ...
I enforce SSL from CF - disabling that seems to be a resolution temporarily for mine...

Possibly a different issue for me it looks like...
