We are using system file drops to receive files/applications/forms from the public. These are pretty high volume. We have a shared mailbox email addresses as the recipients of these Filedrops. We need about 5-10 people to be able to access the submissions to each of these filedrops. Currently we are using aliasing to manage who can access these messages because we don't want these people's individual email mailboxes to be inundated with filedrop submission notifications. Assigning aliases has it's own issues, and I have another feature request submitted requesting changes to how this is done. One thing that would solve this issue for us though, would be to add a "Don't email CC users" check box to the system Filedrop configuration. This way we could easily assign people to be able to download files from submissions without flooding their email inboxes. Thank you for considering my request.
