Hello, We have already received several questions from external people asking whether it is possible to send the mail to yourself as a CC after uploading to a filerequest. Reason: Proof that an upload has been made for your own documents. Can you either add a button with the option to send a copy to yourself or alternatively receive a 'sent confirmation’? (e.g. the attached screenshot) Thanks!
Hi, We will see what's possible in future versions. Currently in System FileDrops the confirmation email after dropping some files can be send to external senders by using the User delivery Action Script. Thanks for the quick answer, as far as I can see, this is only for Filedrop, not for a Filerequest. Unfortunately, 99% of our employees use the generated filerequests. I'll probably have to hope for a new feature.
