user on 2013 outlook reported error when Opening Contacts (People) in outlook. clicking OK to all gets the error message to go away but still gets an error message when going into contacts. Thank you for reporting the problem. It is typically caused by two instances of our Outlook add-in installed. Could be result of botched upgrade, or because admin and user instances are installed at the same time. You can safely turn these warnings off: - Open Outlook - Select ‘File’ tab - Select ‘Options’ - Select ‘Advanced’ tab in the Options - Under the ‘Developer's section uncheck the option ‘Show add-in user interface errors’ (see screenshot below) but it makes more sense to make sure that the plugin is installed correctly (e.g. one instance only). was only installed once from what i can remember... we even uninstalled admin and installed user and errors persisted.. attempting the resolution suggested and will report back thank you ----------- so far appears to have been resolved
