We have an LF appliance in our DMZ. It connects to license.liquidfiles.com. This is allowed by our firewall. The security department now asked if the encrypted traffice to license.liquidfiles.com could be inspected, by using SSL inspection. For this, we would have to make our internal Root certificate trusted on the LF appliance. Is this a supported configuration? If so, how do I import our Root certificate, so LF trusts it? Many thanks. Pascal
Unfortunately this is not supported scenario. Even if you installed own root certificate in the system the LF's validation mechanism would not trust this crafted TLS connection.
