On the Features page it says "Multiple files can be automatically zip'ed and downloaded as one zip archive."

I can't see where to enable this feature.

We now got the situation where a department creted an Anonymous Share. We disabled the checkbox "Publicly Discoverable".

But now all local users (also the ones not from that department), see 2 new things:

"Shares" on the top
A list of all anonymous Share when they click on "Shares"

Given that all other departments cannot and should not use Shares, they should not see the "Shares"...

I'm having automation that send multiple mails with attachments on daily basis and mail recipients are expected to download and use received files. Is there a way to extract download attachment count per message Id from the API? In "Sent" in the web form there is such summary, and it is more convenient to automatically aggregate such info instead of browsing through file download receipts.

The security department now asked if the encrypted traffice to license.liquidfiles.com could be inspected, by using SSL inspection. For this, we would have to make our internal Root certificate trusted on the LF appliance.

Is this a supported configuration? If so, how do I import our Root certificate, so LF trusts it?

A user reported a strange new error when he's sending a link to a client.



He gets this:

1 error prohibited this message from being saved.

You need to attach one file.

The error goes away after many tries (uploads)...

We haven't made any mods to the server and this is fairly new.

The email accounts haven't change so I don't have a lot of leads.

Anyone has ever seen this?

Currently, I create the new users manually in LF and in Okta and then, the login with Okta works.

Is it possible to automatically provision the user in LF with JIT or some other method? Currently, if the user does not exist in LF, I get a "User could not be created" error in LF.

Yesterday, I updated LiquidFiles from 4.0.14 to 4.0.15 and I saw errors while updating.

The only thing that is missing for them is when someone (e.g. root) logs into the console and then executes commands. While the login and logout is logged in the Linux section of the log, the commands executed are not. Is there a way to log any executed commands?
