Liquidfiles 3.7.11 : Using System -> Backup, I configured a "Backup Config only" backup. It created a file "liquidfiles-hostname-day-28-v3.7.11-config.tgz" which I un-gzipd. I tried to tar vtf the un-gzipd file ( liquidfiles-hostname-day-28-v3.7.11-config.tar ) and it's not a tar file. It appears to be just a "PostgreSQL database dump" file and that's all.

Is that correct? Maybe I'm just tripping over the "tgz" or "tar" file suffix, but I expected it to be a tar file. Should there be more files being backed up in a Config-only backup and if so, should it be a tar?

    Thanks,
    PH

yes, that's correct, currently it's only file with the server configuration exported from the DB.
The configuration backup files was not intended to be unzipped manually out of the LF appliance.
These should be downloaded from a BK server and rolled out by the ft restore tool on a LF server.
