I updated from v3.0.3 to v3.0.5 and now I can't access my (S)FTP directories, I don't know if it's related to the update or not but I am starting to think that it is.

I just created a new test FTP Directory and the new one I am able to access with FTP and SFTP, but the old FTP Directories that existed before the update are "Access Denied" even after changing their passwords through the web admin console to be 100% certain that I am using the correct passwords.

Interesting. I just opened a support ticket for this a couple of days ago. I'm using version 3.0.9 and I don't believe the problem started after an update (if so it would have been from version 3.0.8).

@AEIT - did this ever get resolved?

It was resolved quickly by support, the users were deleted by the update. Support recreated the users and the problem was solved.
