I get a lot of mails that are sent to the admin account. However, our secretariat's have mutual inboxes (resource accounts). This is to guarantee followup if a collegue is abscent, amongst other reasons. However, when a secretary sends a mail to a patient with liquidfiles, it would be handy if she could fill in the email adress of her secretariat in a "reply to-field" so that follow-up is assured.
