Done Ability to modify outlook plug-in generated message and to use html formatted message

    I do not see the template if there is one for the outlook plug in or any ability other than to send as a secure message a html formatted message.

    This has nothing to do with the Outlook plugin actually but is a limitation in the Filetransfer appliance. At the moment at least it will strip all html tags from messages.

    Is there a way for the api to pass back the necessary info to outlook and allow outlook to be the sender of the email?

    Outlook is already the sender of the message. It's just not the way things are architected, at the moment at least. The real fix would be to add html to the message editor in the Filetransfer appliance, and at that time add html processing of the api as well. This is likely to happen at some point. We're not a big fan of workaround's to get features implemented and it's unlikely that the Outlook plugin be changed to get this feature implemented before the Filetransfer appliance itself supports it.

    This feature was added in version 2.3. There's now an API template in the same view as the email template view.
