Very often in my use caseof Liquid Files it is used to transact files between technical people, however very often there are business people and or other individuals that want to be in the loop on the transaction and events. Almost always we do not want these individuals to have download rights as we do not want additional copies of the dataset being transferred stored in other locations or even saved for transmission by other methods. The ability to have a contact line where by anyone one it would have no download rights would solve this, I would think the users on this line would just get a different email template that provided them with all of the transaction details but nolink to access the download. Further they would get all of emails as the users with download rights successfully downloaded the data.
