It might be more intuitive to include a button for Filedrop in the top navigation bar, next to Compose, Inbox, Sent, FileLink, etc. (see attached) Clicking this button would expose the Filedrop settings and would be easier to find for novice users instead of the bottom of the Account Settings page.
