Not all reciepients are within our LDAP directory. Our users would like the ability to keep addresses of frequently used reciepients without having to always retype them. A local address book could allow the users to manage non LDAP email addresses.
Tracy Nguyen January 07, 2015 16:37 We have users requesting a personal address book also. Thanks. Martin Mast February 05, 2015 00:03 If aN access to a LDAP Addressbook is not possible, a locale Adressbook would be an alternative. It would be fine, if an import for Adddresses would be possible. Aurelien P March 12, 2015 11:21 +1 Active Directory Adress book or Exchange Adress book would be a great feature
Hi we are replacing a "Hermstedt stingray" file server with Liquid Files. We would really like a global and/or personalised address book or even if the LF web page would access the local address book on my mac. We distribute a lot of ad campaigns and a destination address book is crucial. Thanks
Any chance you would look at our address book request for v 3.2 guys ? Please ..... it is the main thing that Citrix Share File has that you don't.
I would like to see this option implemented as well or at a minimum at least the option to import a label and email address. However, having the ability to import from outlook contacts would be preferred.
The basic local address book has been added in LF v3.x.x. Users can add a contacts under "Account Settings > Contacts" tab. There is possible to paste comma separated list of Email addresses.
