When our employees (local users) send files, they need to receive an email that documents - sender details (name, email address)- file details - date and time details-details on all recipients (To, Cc, Bcc) It is not sufficient for us that this information can be located inlogs at a later time - we need it as soon as the files are sent, because this info is shared amongst users in our company. This function can be called something like Send details for documentation. I am sure this function will benefit many coorporate organisations.
