To be able to select multiple users (e.g. all users from a particular email domain) and either asssign to a new group, or re-evaluate group membership (based on changed assignment settings). This could be done either on the "Bulk Edit" section, or under "users" with tick-boxes and an "actions for selected users" pull-down
