It would be very helpful to modify the list of recipients and also the files which should be transfered by admin or local users.This would allow to add additional recipients to a secured mail easily and also replace a faulty document before everybody have downloaded it.Otherwise it is necessary to send again the same files to different recipients, which cause redundant information in the file space and or garbage and the need of a additional transfer if only one single files shall be minor changed before anybody have downloaded it.
