Today the logifile are keept for one month and if you need to keep it you have to create a SYSLOG server. I would like to have the possibility to modify this time to 2,3, 4 or even 12 month and with a circular logging.. Another way is to deliver a open source SYSLOG server as a part of the appliance. The Filetransfer appliance is built to be self administrating. If we didn't delete data, it would eventually run out of disk space and the Admin -> System Log would become very slow. There's already is a syslog server with the Filetransfer appliance. That's how things like system messages, email logs and so in is captured in inserted in the database for viewing in the Admin -> System Log view.
