Currently a receipt is returned to the sender of the file only. The ability is needed to define a common email address also. This will provide the ability of a common mailbox for audit control of downloads. The reason this is important is many companies require proof of delivery for revenue recognition. Having a common location where audit staff can access if required simplifies the process. By design this could be as simple as adding the option to populate a field on the design template containing a return to email address. If this is left blank then only the sender of the file will get the receipt. If populated both the sender and the default email address will get the receipt.
