Filedrop users would have much greater confidence in the system if it gave them an identifier which they could record: * as proof of submission * for reference if making later enquiries with the receiving organisation ... but while we're about it, how about providing a text field to allow us to customise the acknowledgement message? ... and why not permit the use of template tags ... and styling - the pale blue text is very inconspicuous !
