We have a recipient's email address that is not being accepted properly. The address includes an ampersand ("&") in the local area of the address. We have tried enclosing the address in quotes and escaping the ampersand as "&", but neither method succeeded. How should extended characters be encoded to be stored in LiquidFiles?
