We use LiquidFiles as a file receiving system for our fine art printing business - i.e. we are the daily recipient of many large image files. For whatever reason, some of these uploads fail to complete properly (they accidentally navigate away perhaps?) - but anyway, somehow, clients end up believing that they have sent us files when they have not successfully done so. Download receipts (when the client would be emailed when we then download the file) - don't solve this issue, or do so too late. If a file fails to turn up, we by definition don't know about it, and it may take a few days before we get to the job and notice it has not yet turned up. It would be great if we could (optionally) send emails to customers confirming receipt of files at our end (rather than the later downloads).
