Technically you can disable "Use The Email Sender Address as from address for all emails" checkbox in "Admin > Configuration > Email" settings.
Then it will not be used the LF's email address in the from field but only the email of the sender user.
But problem of this setting could be in delivering of that emails. Nowadays almost every SMTP relay service does not allow to relay the emails where the sender was an external user with email domain which was not allowed to send from your network.

I don't want to disable LF's email address in the from field.
I want to disable Reply-To , I want that email sent with no reply option .

This is hardcoded and can't be set in the admin GUI.

The email headers are not directly configurable in the LF GUI, but generally if you have worries about receiving emails then a potential Reply-to email will not go via the LF server, but will be handled by the email server of the user listed in the Reply-to header.

Sorry but I don't understand how to handle with this in the exchange server .
I think you need to add option in guy to disable Reply-To .
Or from console in simple way .
