Is it possible to enforce blocked extension via mime-type so that it is not circumvented by users renaming the file extension?

Only approved mime-types should be uploaded and "linked" all other mime-tpyes should be blocked, even if they are in an archive. With this enhancement we are going LiquidFiles right away.
