(switched to this category from a post in Feature Requests) We are seeing different behavior depending on how we view Sent items: Method 1 - Secure Messages Sent Action menu dropdown on message View Message --> results in "The file has been deleted and is no longer available" (expected behavior) Method 2 - Secure Messages Sent Action menu dropdown on message View Message (Popup) --> the content of the message is displayed (un-expected behavior) We're hoping to use the system as a transitory space and have as little residual data as possible. The fact that the second method displays the message also indicates the expired message really isn't purged from the system. thanks for any insight.
