When an attachment upload fails because it does not match the allowed file types the user can still send the message and not realize the attachment was not uploaded. This can also happen if the user sends the message before the upload is complete. Is there a way to either force the user to acknowledge the failure before sending or send an email to notify the user that an attachment failed to upload.
We are seeing the same problem. Customers sends us non-zipped file, do not see the error message and then complain that we did not process their issue. Fixing this would greatly improve our business.
