Hi, One of the use case we have with LiquidFiles is request of a file to new users without an organisation account. We saw that File Request feature email can be forwarded and if a user other than the one initially used to send the file request, reply to the file request, it still use the original email used to send the file request. Is it possible to secure the File Request feature so we are sure the file comes from the email originally used to send the request? Thanks!
Prevent users from forwarding the links via emails we can't. FileRequests does not have email validation, but you can disable the Multi-Use and set short Expiration in the FileRequest configurations under Group settings. This will practically eliminate the possibility more clients could upload via one FileRequest link.
