When a user copies pre-existing rich text from Word (or any Office application) the formatting does not get pasted properly in the Liquidfiles message body when sending, resulting in broken line breaks and other formatting issues. Attached picture shows default Word styles and the resulting formatting once pasted to Liquidfiles.
