liquid Files stuck on Initialising

    Hi, I have just started up the VM and attempted to log into the site via the IP address in a browser and find that the browser is stuck on the initialising page. Please see attached screenshot. initialising.jpg

    Last time I ran the VM this was working fine. I have tried with both HTTP and HTTPS in the browser.

    What is the easiest solution to getting this running again?

    Should I start from a clean VM and reregister again?

    Also after heading to Setup (F2) and choosing option 9, it returns this error. See attached.

    I would be grateful for any assistance.

    I am using the current VMWare player.

    Hi,
    from the screenshot it looks like there is something wrong with sql server. If that LF appliance did not fix it automatically during nightly maintenance, and if you want you can raise a support ticket and enable me remote support access.
    Or when this is just a testing machine in a vmplayer you can simply just delete it and download a new 3.0.11 OVF image from this site: https://license.liquidfiles.com/download and deploy LF again.
