I have taken a quick look at the documentation again to see if there is any way to live edit files, eg in a Share? Or if there is another feature that would allow live edits. For example it would be useful to be able to upload an Excel or Word file and then be able to open and edit/save it without having to download. We have a scenario where during an engagement with a client Excel is used to track the process. Currently we have to edit/update the file on our end, then send it to the client, they have to download and in some cases make edits and then upload or email it back. The the process is repeated. If there was as way like google sheets would be extremely useful.
currently (v3.4.x) you can only preview several formats like pictures pdf audio video when supported by html5 in newer browsers.
Thanks David. You say "currently..." does that mean live edits will be available in a future release?
