We're having problems sending mail since upgrading from V2 to V3.0.6 our configuration worked perfectly before the upgrade. Or perhaps there's a bug...
Similar issue I saw when users use "connector" which does not require authentication on their MsExchange relay servers and in LF appliance they have filled "Email relay user name" and "Email relay user password" fields in "Admin > Configuration > Email". If you have Exchange try to delete these fields and save Email settings. BTW: This fields could be filled automatically by a browser if option "Remember password" was active and some login credentials for LF appliance was placed and saved there.
