Make all messages use the global from address.I would like to have all messages use the same global smtp from address instead of each individual users from address. Instead, LF could add their address to the reply-to line. Everybody knows when we send these emails that they come from the appliance so it would be expected to see an address like liquidfiles@mydomain.com.When using Office 365 and probably others, impersonating the from address is not allowed so the recommended option 1 as mentioned here is not going to work. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn554323.aspx Instead we are stuck with Option 3 which is more complex according to the link which seems to defeat the purpose of an easy to use appliance. Another option is to use a transnational email service such as sendgrid, elasticemail, or mandrill. So far Ive tried the first two but sience those providers also allow marketing email, they get marked with a higher bulk email rating and go into spam. Any company that blocks bulk email will have a hard time receiving our files. Ill probably try Mandrill next but since they also allow marketing email through their system, so Im not expecting much difference and itll be just another cost.LiquidFiles should have the option to only change the reply-to address so we can simply use our own Office 365 email account. Im spending too much time messing around with email providers. It seems like this would be an easy option to add.

I'm running into the same issue. Getting invalid SPF records from customers and when I try to send the mail through O365 it fails because it tries to send as the users address. A global from address would fix the problem with O365.

This is possible since LF v3.0. You can enable the option: "Use The Email Sender Adress as from address for all emails" on "Admin > Configuration > Email" page.
