There is a lack of consistency in the interface in regards to the Message Popup view. From the user screen the Sent, Download Log, each have a View Message (Popup), however Inbox does not. From Admin under Data, the Download Log's View Message is the Message Popup view, and the Messages page has both View Message and View Message Popup. Recommendations: 1.) Add Message Popup View to Inbox for users. Have had some minor complaints about how navigating between messages is a little cumbersome. As you have to several clicks to get between messages. Adding Popup View would eliminate this issue. 2.) Add the Action Drop down to the Admin view's Data\Downloads. Include in the drop-down both View Message and View Message Popup. Added benefit would give more room to the rest of the columns that currently are experiencing a lot of word wrapping, as well as bring consistency to both Download Log views.
