I wanted to force a backup before I apply an update. I also want to do a test restore of the backup before I bring the server into production. This feature would be nice to have. Thanks!

May 15, 2013, 07:37 Jw I have a FTP backup configured on the admin page have verified the test FTP test backup file gets created on the FTP server. I then tried to force the configured FTP backup to run using this "ft backup" command and it said it was successful - but no file was created on the FTP server. Is it safe to say that "ft backup" is some internal backup and that it does not execute the configured backup configuration? If so, how to I get the internal backup off the LiquidFiles server?
