Several of our users send a high volume of large file transfers and have trouble keeping up with the download receipts themselves. They have requested that we send them alert emails letting them know that the files in a message they sent have NOT been downloaded. That way they can reach out to clients that have not downloaded the data and give them a nudge.It would be nice if we could get that option added when sending the message; ie a check box that lets them select different option like Send me an email (check box for Daily, Weekly, or 3 days before message expiration) to let me know that no one has yet downloaded the files I sent them. And if you are wondering who would want daily alerts?, yes, that was specifically asked for! Thanks
