I have seen multiple instances of the plugin causing Outlook to freeze upon launching it. To resolve I have launch Outlook in safe mode, disable the LiquidFiles plugin and restart Outlook. Then uninstall LiquidFiles and re-install it. Sometimes I have to search the registry and delete references to LiquidFiles before re-installing it again (meaning I have un-install it - again). Is there an easier way? Does anyone know why LiquidFiles plugin starts freezing Outlook?
Please ensure you have installed the latest Outlook plugin and if the issue persists raise a support ticket with all logs in the %localappdata%\liquidfiles\logs folder.
