Could the Message List for each user show partial downloads under the Download Log? We have one client who (possibly to due to technical issues with their internet) regularly manages to download the file to 99% but it then appears aborted - but the file they have received is complete. This means our users do not receive the notification that the file have been received. Thanks - Martin
