I have configured a custom password validation to meet my requirements. When a new user registers or validate his email because he has no account yet he need to specify a password. If the user does not know my password policy (for example: enforce 20 characters) he will get this message Please select a stronger password every time. I think it would be nice to create a new texfield underneath Custom Password Validation which describe the enforced policy. This text could be shown than when users password does not meet the requirements.

If you want to change the description of what the user will see, you can change it in Admin -> Locales. Search for: password complexity description.

Ahh... getting ready to respond to what I got via email -- "It's in Admin -> Settings.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /-->" .... so I see, change the Locale setting :) I'll give that a try, thanks.
