It's not obvious how this would easily be integrated into the Filetransfer appliance, that obviously doesn't use Windows. Compare with: http://www.duosecurity.com/docs/duoweb that was very easy to integrate. If there's going to be another integration, it's likely that it's going to be radius as most other solution can speak radius. That is unless there's big support for another solution and it's as easy to integrate as Duo was.
