In the Admin>Configuration>Pool Files screen, in the Available Files for a specific Pool (Permanent Files) the Date Added field is in the day/month/time format. This does not include the year, which should be added for administrative purposes to assist in finding old files quickly. As a System Admin I don't utilize the files within our LiquidFiles, but I am tasked with pushing the business to clean up older files to efficiently utilize storage space. We have over 30 Pools with a combined ~400GB of files across many disparate teams, most of the files are less than 50MB in size. I don't know if (e.g.) '27 Jan 10:43' is this year or 2.5 years ago.
