We've had some fast moving sales, and our system is getting swamped in space. I have to go through Global IS approval to expand the disk in VMware, which will take a few days. I don't think I have that time. We have one main Filedrop for all our business. I've lowered the retention on that Filedrop, but my guess is that is only set for new attachments, not for existing attachments. Are there any back-end commands that can do a purge of attachments older than X amount of days?
Only to pick up the bigger files and delete them manually from "Admin > Attachments" list, to release some space quickly. Or if the files are processed mainly from one Filedrop, then you could remove them by using the Delete API. For the API key would be used the API key of the owner of that FileDrop.
