sending link for download thru servicedesk, updating servicedesk with download info

    Hello, maybe this is already in place but I wasnt able to figure it out. What we need is to simple upload file and get shortlink which we can copy/paste in to support desk for customers to download it. We may ask for credentials but most likely we wont since we do not want to bother customer. Also, scenario can go like this: - Guys are loging in to appliance with support@company.com - They start uploading for example new version of applicetion for customer so they can download - There is box for adding comment which going in to subject on return email (ticket number for example) This is important when download is done appliance sends back email to support@company.comwith ticket number in subject so ticket in updated automaticaly. If this is already in plase, somebody can actually point me in to right direction. Damir
