Hi, Instead of requiring multiple recipients to a dropbox upload (as suggested here http://support.allardsoft.com/entries/20234786-shared-dropbox) why not simply create a cryptic link to the dropbox that can be shared with anyone the owner likes and where all uploaded files can be downloaded from. This would enable sharing large number of files to a large (but not pre-defined) group of people without the hassle or need to register all of them (of shared publicly).
Comments Johan Allard LiquidFiles A dropbox message belongs to a user (the owner of the dropbox). The only way to list all the messages that has been sent to a dropbox is to be logged in as that user. There are no plans at this stage to change this so that there would be a separate view for dropbox messages only. You can set a dropbox though to have the permission that anyone can download (or anyone after authentication), and the dropbox owner (or anyone who's cc:d) can forward the message to whoever should be able to download the file. If you create your own distribution list and add that to the cc list, you will effectively have done what you want. June 15, 2012, 22:55
