When I make a share for a group of users, it's always been for a limited amount of time - sometimes a month, sometimes a year, etc. When it's created, I ask the requesting user an estimated amount of time that it will be needed, and then I have to set an Outlook reminder to do so. If I leave the firm, those Outlook reminders get deleted. It'd be nice to have a notes field that can have information such as main contact person, expected expiration date, etc.
