    Hi,

We have two LiquidFile servers. The first one is the development server that I use to verify the update is working flawlessly. The second server is the main server, used by all my clients.
I updated the Dev server from 3.6.8 to 3.6.9 without any issue.
When I start the update from the web interface on the production server (3.6.8), the update seems to start but after a few minutes on the same screen, something's not right.
I'm stuck at Initializing... and the System log show only this in a loop.

    Try to access https://updates.liquidfiles.com/ but I get a 403.

Should I just wait for the link to be accessible again?

    Thank you,

If you don't have blocked outgoing https connection on a proxy or WAF then a problem could be in a cloud front replica in a region where your LF server was resolved to download the update.
The LF's replicas are distributed from Amazon 's CDNs. If there was some caching issue on the particular CDN then this should be fixed during next nightly synchronization. In this case please run the update tomorrow once again and let me know.

Hi, I tried to update this morning using the web interface with the same result: "Update, Download in Progress, Initializing...", nothing more.
I also tried version 3.6.10 that appeared today, no luck.
Then I logged on the console and started "ft update". I selected 3.6.10, et voilĂ !
Update is working flawlessly in command line.
Log show no error and version 3.6.10 is in production. Thanks for your help. Next update I'll check if I can update via the web interface. If not and the ft update is working, I'm ok with that!

    Thanks again David!
