Hi, Has anyone had trouble with sending MP4 files from home office to work? I am cutting them down to under 500 MB but they come out pixelated and unusable when I open them on my work computer. Could my organization have some sort of proprietary compression or limit? It was working fine until the last month or so. Thanks Steve Ag
LF appliance does not change the uploaded files. If your user account has some filesize limit/quota and you had to re-compress the mp4 file to smaller size and to be able upload it to fit in the limit then it's obvious the video quality was degraded. If you need to send bigger files then ask your administrator of your LF appliance to increase the quota/limit in your user account or in the assigned user's group.
