We are primarily a Mac environment. We do have about 25 PC's running 32 and 64 bit windows 10 Professional. Regardless of the browser used, or with AV disabled, uploading small files (1 MB ) can take 5 to 10 minutes and in some cases never finishes an upload. We have also tested this from a windows machine outside of our network across Edge, FireFox and Chrome with the same problem. In the logs of liquidfiles, we see the login session occur but once we hit upload, we do not see any further log entries. We just tried the Outlook plug-in with the same results.
