Some users do not want to receive a download receipt.
Having an option to disable this feature when sending a message, or once for all in user parameters would be great.

We are using an actionscript to copy some files to an smb server, but are running into issues if a linux or mac user creates a file with characters in the name that are not supported in Windows.

On a linux system this is a perfectly valid filename:
Moz:illa?Pro"d"uc<>t\s.xlsx

The example filename above is an exaggeration but we do frequently get multiple files at once that look something like this:
"PIR6SS7SDB37: (REQUEST FOR ANSWERS)?.PDF"

The qemu-guest-agent is a common helper daemon, which is installed in a guest OS on a hypervisor. It is used to exchange information between the host and guest, and to execute command in the guest.

In Admin Data / attachements or Data / Messages pages, the list cannot be sorted by size. When an admin wants to find big messages or attachement, it's a problem.
In the same spirit, having a way to filter only non expired messages/attachements would help too.

Users have no way to verify the usage of their user quota, so they are sometimes blocked when they try to upload a new attachment in a message.

A simple display of their user quota usage in the top menu would be great

Concurrent/Simultaneous Sessions

Hi,

A recent pen test has brought up the issue that multiple concurrent/simultaneous sessions can exist for a user. It is suggested that this should not be allowed. Is this something that can be implemented as an option? i.e. only one active session per user. Either the user is prompted to kick out the other session or is just blocked from logging in until the other session ends. If the latter it could go hand in hand with my other feature request of session inactivity timeouts...

Option to send confirmation email to filedrop sender

Hello,

I would like there to be a checkbox available to send a Confirmation email to the filedrop sender when they send.

There should be a corresponding email template that is used that looks almost exactly like the message received by the recipient but it would say "Filedrop Submission Confirmation" across the top.
It would not have a "Download files" or a "view message" button.

I am using a python action script to accomplish this right now but the resulting email is not very nice...

We are using system file drops to receive files/applications/forms from the public. These are pretty high volume.

We have a shared mailbox email addresses as the recipients of these Filedrops.

We need about 5-10 people to be able to access the submissions to each of these filedrops. Currently we are using aliasing to manage who can access these messages because we don't want these people's individual email mailboxes to be inundated with filedrop submission notifications.

Share Creation Role

For one of our uses cases staff need to create two hundred shares with each share having an unique external customer permission. Currently in LiquidFiles this would require sysadmins to manage the two hundred shared folders. Our need is to have a share creation role with the following features:

Create shares for which they become the default owner
Can tag internal users as owners or members
Can tag external users as members
Users can only see shares they are tagged as...

Dear Developers,

I just want to ask if it's possible to extend the functionality of "Shares" by adding a new option for how many days to keep files there before deleting them. I believe we can do that with a shell script on the server, but it will be more convenient to do this as simple as a single option in the web interface of the Edit Share page.

I have attached a demo of the UI as i imagined it.

iOS App Login

We're going to be rolling out a Liquid Files install soon, and while I'd love to introduce the iOS app to our users, currently I just can't recommend it due to the lack of a required login/lock each time you open the app . I would really love to see something similar to password management apps, or authenticator apps where you have to either re-enter your phone passcode or use biometrics to access the app when you click on it.

With the next reduction in Certificate Lifetime looming, I wondered if it is possible to integrate other Certificate providers like DigiCert directly with LiquidFiles.

Is there anything planned? Or do you have other ways to automate the management of Certificates within the appliance?

Filedrop Prevent Automated Deletion

Filedrops are connected with a user account. When the user account is deleted, the related Filedrops are deleted. This feature request would be to add a checkbox on the filedrop configuration that reads "Protect from automatic deletion." When this option is selected, the filedrop will not be deleted when the user is removed.

We have filedrops where the prmary account may be removed but the CC users are still active. This option would allow the filedrop to continue to work.

Is there a way to prefill the country code for SMS Auth to "+1"? We want to restrict SMS auth to USA only (+1) and prompt the users to enter only their 10 digit phone number.

We are finding that a lot of users don't read and only enter their 10 digit number, then complain that they never get the text message.

Hello,

We have already received several questions from external people asking whether it is possible to send the mail to yourself as a CC after uploading to a filerequest.
Reason: Proof that an upload has been made for your own documents.

Can you either add a button with the option to send a copy to yourself or alternatively receive a 'sent confirmation’?
